Return Conditions
- •Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in unused condition.
- •Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- •Limited edition and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also check your order status on the Orders page in your account.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we can ship to P.O. boxes via Standard Shipping. However, Express Shipping requires a physical address for delivery.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take packaging very seriously, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Can I exchange an item for a different one?
Yes! Initiate a return and place a new order for the item you want. We'll process your refund as soon as we receive the original item.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. It may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
